Minimalist Landscape in Progress

This landscape design was inspired by work done previously on this project. Vintage Modern originally created a custom door and 3 trellises to give this 50′s ranch house a visual boost. The owners wanted a minimalist landscape of concrete and pebbles, with some native plants. I used the patterns of the door and trellis to inspire an interlocking paver design using custom formed 3×5 foot concrete pavers. Here is a picture of the project as it stands right now. By decreasing the square footage of the lawn and adding native plants, their water bill will be reduced, making this a “green” upgrade too!

It really matches with the building. It looks very simple but it’s perfect for the overall look. Very nice.
